Nigel Foley: Marketing and Advertising Agency Project Leader

Marketing, branding and advertising is in my blood and I have had the privilege to work both client and agency side-as a Marketing Manager and, leading both a Brand Advertising Agency and a Digital Advertising Agency.

I have worked with leading brands in Australia, the UAE, the USA and New Zealand. Brands include Emirates Airlines, Commonwealth Bank, Siemens, dnata, Collingwood Football Club, Hennessy, NRMA Insurance, ANZ Bank, MYOB, the Victorian Government, Department of Education and Training, AMI Insurance, Crocs Footwear, the US Army, Xero, and not for profits- OzChild and Ronald McDonald House.

I project manage the delivery of digital strategy, marketing strategy, digital communications and mulit-channel advertising campaigns.

I have a passion for digital communication and acquisition marketing including user experience improvement, SEM campaigns, test / target / re-marketing campaigns, and delivering digital work that grows profitable business.

I also have much experience leading digital development teams and marketing / creative teams. Using Agile project management techniques, I focus on delivery of profitable, stakeholder pleasing, marketing and communication projects from concept to publication.

I have experience developing integrated marketing strategies and annual campaign plans for key clients including the integration of digital strategy / activity with overarching brand marketing. This includes publishing plans and digital channel management for websites, micro-sites and social sharing channels.

I love working with great people and have been lucky to work with some of the best. I have managed operations for energetic creative and digital teams and managed direct reports of up to 22 associates (Account Manager, Art Director, Creative and Digital Copywriters, UX and UI Designers, Web Developers) which includes hiring, training, evaluating, coaching and transitioning employees.

After the Christchurch earthquakes, we moved to Melbourne (just us and our schnauzer, Leo), bought a house in the north (almost in Carlton), picked Essendon as our team (hmmm), got married (expensive), and just love living here. I've got a side-gig with a Mazda 3 for hire on Car Next Door. Happy to tell you all about it.

Cheers Nigel.
