Tax Time: Winning The Busiest Sales Period of The Year
I project managed campaign strategy, creative ideation, production to budget.
Produced over 200 assets, including digital display (acquisition and retargeting), landing pages, OOH, radio and social.
Campaign won the sales period with customer trials that drove conversion in the addressable market. Delivered higher click-to-trial rates and drove down the cost per trial and acquisition. MYOB is now the fastest-growing cloud-accounting business in Australia and New Zealand, adding 205,000 new subscribers during campaign period. MYOB is on track to pass one million online subscriptions in 2020.
For the launch of MYOB’s follow up Single Touch Payroll product, I delivered up to 122 banner adverts with test message variations for A/B testing. This was supported by an engaging multi-media campaign and new channels including an online content hub and chatbot to improve customer experience and target top of funnel interest. Campaign delivered 15% market share, generating 21k new customers and $2.5M annual revenue (and counting) in first 3 months.
