Content Strategy and Content Production
Keeping Small Business Informed at ANZ Bank
Working with the Small Business Banking communications team, I led the production of ANZ Bank’s content marketing strategy, channel planning, content creation and digital design for small and medium-sized businesses. The communication focused on deepening the quality and breadth of relationships with existing business customers.
Implementation of the 12 month communication program included the authoring, production and publication of online articles, online videos, a small business podcast series, eDM, landing pages plus content integrated across social, owned and paid channels with consistent and purposeful messaging for Australian businesses.
I set up and led a small team of content producers including business copywriters, a graphic designer, a videographer, a video animator, digital designer and developer.
My work increased traffic to the ANZ Small Business Hub website plus delivered a substantial increase in online engagement. The content positioned ANZ as the ‘go-to’ resource for relevant and timely insights to help keep small businesses informed and poised for success.
