Join the Optimists Brand Recruitment Campaign

I project managed the delivery of the new recruitment campaign including campaign strategy—a strategy designed to drive recruitment and literally “join the optimists” at Australian Unity. 

The work included brand strategy and creative development, event branding and advertising, merchandise, outdoor, digital and radio promotion. Event activation for the new “Join The Optimists” campaign for Australian Unity included home shows and staged events featuring The Wiggles.

The new campaign grew recruitment and awareness from 5% to 15% for Australian Unity over a three month campaign period.
